Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us at Info@fifty-k.com if you have any questions regarding returns and exchanges.

Before returning your item, please make sure your item meets the following criteria:

• The sneakers are in unworn condition, meaning that there are no signs of wear
•  All tags (factory tags, extra laces, extra cards) must be attached if applicable
• The sole of the sneakers is clean, meaning there is no dust or dirt on them
• The box is in pristine condition

If any of these criteria is not met, we withhold the right to refuse the return. In this case, we will not be able to process a refund.

Items that cannot be returned:

• Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
• Gift cards
• Items purchased through our personal shopping service
